The team needed to build a comprehensive design system that could create consistency, improve efficiency, and support future product development. With hundreds of components and guidelines to establish, the challenge was creating a structured library that balanced flexibility, usability, and clear documentation.
Solution
I designed and documented chip components and action menu patterns, creating multiple variations, states, and usage guidelines for designers to reference. Through weekly feedback sessions with Free Association and BRIDGEGOOD’s Executive Director, Shaun Tai, we refined our system into a highly detailed resource that received praise for its depth, organization, and ability to streamline the design process.
