People who are creative, we always have an urge to make something.
I earned my BFA & BS from Virginia Commonwealth University, one of the top public art schools in the nation. Interior design taught me to make things functional and gave me a keen intuition for wayfinding. UX taught me to target someone's problem, and solve it.
How I work: I rely on pattern mapping and strategic thinking to find the underlying structure of a problem and build the solution from it. I’m currently a mentee in WID’s program, which keeps me connected to the design community.
My goal is to continually level up as a designer. I greatly enjoy product strategy to shape the direction and guide the decision making process. I am currently seeking a team I can grow with.

My Roots: My parents immigrated to the United States and met in New Jersey. My Dad was from Ukraine, and my Mom was from the Dominican Republic. They built a life in southwest Virginia, where they raised my sister and I, and we now live in Northern California. Being from a mixed background allowed me to develop multifaceted viewpoints and approach projects with a thoughtful unique perspective.
As the first designer in my family I hope to continue bringing determination, courage, and curiosity to cultivate digital experiences.
